Delete Your RxBott Account

You can delete your account fully from the RxBott mobile app. The steps below explain the process, including the 20-second confirmation window.

How to delete your account

  1. Open the RxBott app and go to Profile.
  2. Tap Request Account Delete.
  3. Confirm the deletion when prompted. If you press Yes, a modal window will appear that says your account will be deleted in 20 seconds.
  4. A countdown will begin. You can cancel the action within 20 seconds.
  5. If you let the countdown complete, all your data will be deleted from our systems and you will be logged out.

What happens after deletion

Once the countdown finishes, your account data is permanently removed and you are signed out. This action cannot be undone.
