RxBott ("we," "us," or "our") operates the RxBott mobile application (the "App"), a communication platform designed solely to facilitate connections between family members regarding shared routines. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our App. By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

Please note that RxBott is not a medical or health monitoring service. We do not provide health advice, diagnoses, or treatment recommendations. The App is intended only as a tool for family communication and organization, such as sharing schedules and notes in a respectful, non-intrusive manner.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information that you voluntarily provide to us when you register, create a family circle, or interact with the App. This may include:

Personal Information: Names, email addresses, profile pictures, and contact details for you and your family members added to your Family Circle.
Communication Data: Shared notes, schedules (e.g., reminders for routines), confirmations of activities, and any messages or updates exchanged within the Family Circle.
Usage Data: Information about how you interact with the App, such as device type, IP address, app usage patterns, and timestamps for activities.
Uploaded Content: If you choose to upload documents (e.g., for schedule organization), we may process that content solely to facilitate sharing within your Family Circle.

We do not collect sensitive health data for monitoring or advisory purposes. Any information shared (e.g., notes on routines or well-being) is provided by users for communication only and is not analyzed or used for health-related insights.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect solely to provide and improve the App's communication features:

To enable family connections, such as creating and managing Family Circles, sending gentle reminders, and displaying shared feeds.
To facilitate respectful sharing of notes and schedules without surveillance or pressure.
To maintain and troubleshoot the App, including analyzing usage data for performance improvements.
To communicate with you about App updates, account issues, or support requests.

We do not use your data for health monitoring, medical advice, targeted advertising, or any purpose beyond supporting family communication.

3. Sharing Your Information

We prioritize your privacy and share information only as necessary:

Within Your Family Circle: Information you input (e.g., schedules, notes) is visible only to members you invite to your Family Circle. You control who joins and can remove members at any time.
Service Providers: We may share data with third-party vendors (e.g., cloud storage providers) who assist in operating the App, but only under strict confidentiality agreements and for the sole purpose of providing the service.
Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, such as in response to a court order, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of the transaction, subject to similar privacy protections.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. No data is shared for health-related analysis or advice.

4. Data Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These include encryption for data in transit and at rest, access controls, and regular security audits. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for any actions taken under your account.

We retain your information only as long as necessary to provide the App's services or as required by law. For example, account data is kept while your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal information within a reasonable timeframe, except where retention is required for legal or auditing purposes.

Access and Update: You can view, edit, or delete your personal information and shared content through the App settings.
Account Deletion: You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.
Opt-Out: You can opt out of non-essential communications (e.g., updates) via App settings.
Do Not Track: We do not respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals, as the App does not engage in behavioral tracking for advertising.

If you are in a jurisdiction with specific data protection rights (e.g., GDPR in the EU or CCPA in California), you may have additional rights, such as data portability or objection to processing. Contact us to exercise these rights.

7. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware of such collection, we will delete the information promptly. Parents or guardians using the App for family communication should supervise any involvement of minors.

If you are located outside the United States, your information may be transferred to and processed in the U.S. or other countries where our servers or service providers are located. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for such transfers.
